Local Unit & Position Description

For our team working with inspection and certification within the aquaculture industry we are looking for a Sales Coordinator in Bergen to complete our team consisting of technical and operational delivery team.

We are looking for a service minded team player with a commercial attitude. He/she has a strong personal drive, is outgoing, proactive and displays good collaboration skills.

Main tasks:
• Assist the team in following up incoming leads and general enquiries from new and existing customers
• Be in charge of contract follow-ups, admin, invoicing and report in CRM system
• Support in delivery planning
• Personal sales coordinator target
• Support team sales target
• Ensure common sales and admin processes
• Customer support
• Certificate follow-up
• Assist/take lead in incorporating the company’s CRM and production system
• Communication with marketing responsible
• Project admin support

We expect you to have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and to enjoy working closely with your colleagues as we are a department which emphasizes team work.

Position Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant topic
• Experience with sales admin, project support and customer service
• Knowledge with the legal aspect of contracting
• Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and verbally
• Experience with CRM systems and IT tools

• Can work in a structured way with customers and internal stakeholders
