What you are actually renting is a big bedroom with a top-notch Japanese bed with a brand new madrass and a walk-in closet room next to it.

You are of course free and encouraged to use all the utensils and the equipment in the apartment as you wish. :)

Electricity, heating, internet, cable TV with HBO, everything is included. :)
I have Netflix and Amazon Fire TV, and a Playstation, you can use this as well!
Running on a unique SONY TAV-L1 home-cinema / hi-fi system (65kgs!)

There is a beautiful gas fireplace in the apartment, which you turn on by a click of the button.

There is a bicycle storage room in the building and SATSELIXIA gym!
Very convenient! :)
