Apartment is mostly furnished, but we can remove furniture pieces that you don't want. We can be helpful to arrange transport of new furniture too, we have a van available.

Large ski-n-stuff storage is in the in the basement where also washing room is.

1 Parking spot is in carport (no snow in winter! yay!), and charger for el.cars.

Some pets can be allowed.

Rent period is at least one year, and then prolonged 1 year at a time.
Obs nr 1 - not possible with shorter notification resignation period.
OBS nr 2. apartment is approximate on 5th floor if to count stairs in the garden. It is getting few days until you get used to it and start breathing normally again :)
