Sharp DX-500 CD spiller - fungerende samlerobjekt 1983
Beskrivelse av varen
Type: CD-spillere
En sjelden spiller her i Norge.
Sharp DX-500 kom raskt etter deres første DX-3 og ble omtalt å være blant de vakreste spillerene på markedet når den ble lansert.
Fra nettet:
At the end of 1983, a year after the DX-3, Sharp launched the DX-500. Like the other 3 major players, Hitachi Toshiba and Sanyo, Sharp is abandoning vertical disc loading for front loading with a motorized drawer.
This is the main difference between first-generation second-series CD players and first-generation first-series CD players, since the optical and electronic elements often remain identical.
As proof, this DX-500 uses the Sony CDP-101 chipset and the Olympus TAOHS optical block.
The design of the DX-500 is rather successful, one of the most beautiful readers of the moment.
Its weight of 8.5 kg (i.e. 1 kg more than the Sony CDP-101 and especially than its predecessor the DX-3) is surprising at first glance.
This characteristic is explained by the presence of a heavy power supply transformer and a bulky heat sink both plated on the rear face (like the CDP-101...) and by a solid mechanical section in injected aluminum placed at the interior of the drawer, also metal.
In the game of resemblances, the Sharp is a good subject: the red LED display recalls that of the Yamaha CD1 as well as its mechanical part with the same protuberance on the plate of the disk motor. As for the display of the number of tracks by 20 digits with LEDs, it evokes Philips CD100 type players or the Marantz CD73.
The Sharp DX-500 is a pleasant rather rare collector's item.
Med sine 8,5 kilo er den solid og massivt bygget.
Meget robust løsning på skuffen med solide aluminiumsdetaljer.
