One room in a shared flat

Hi,
We are Soraya and Roc looking for a new flatmate 😊. We are looking for someone interested in long-term rental and being part of this small collective.

Location:
We have one room available in a super cozy apartment, nicely located in the center of Oslo, just a few meters from Karl Johan and close to most shops and public transport. It is only 200 m from the central station.

House description:
The apartment is modern with large windows and a big living room with a high ceiling. There is a total of three bedrooms. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and wardrobes. There is also a storage room divided for three of us. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator.
The two rooms are furnished with wardrobes, beds (only mattress can be moved if desired), a desk, and an office chair. The rental price includes internet, heating, and hot water.

The rent is 7800 NOK.
Heating is included but basics electricity is NOT included and it will depend how much we use (oven, lights, dishwasher, washing machine), (average 400 to 600nk per month), and it will be shared between the three of us, (200 to 400nk per person).

Pets, smoking and drugs are not allowed.

Requirements:
Two months deposit.
References from previous room or flat.
Only long-term contract, minimum one year to be sign in a contract.
Not couple allowed.
Follow cleaning rules and respect others. (Very important!)
