Dear people of Oslo and beyond we are looking for a new housemate !

About the house : Located in Bjerke, nice quiet area (15min walk from the subway, 3min to the bus, and 10 to the forest !) Big garden with fruit trees and wildlife visiting from time to time.
Rent is 6 500 (includes internet and electricity) Depositum is 3 months rent (15 000)
The room is big, it comes with a desk, chair and a sofa that switches to a 2 person bed.
4 people in total live here, there is 1 bathroom, a separated toilet.

About you : I'm looking for an animal lover, as the house basically belongs to my 2 lovely cats Beemo and Salem, they enjoy cuddles, play and interacting with people a lot (they don't bite or scratch). I also rescued a cute and quiet sheperd mix who enjoys cuddles and walks.
Queer, geeks, alternative people are more than welcome as we are looking to live in a community with beautifully diverse people. Ideally between 25 and 40 years old
The rent is cheap and its very convenient but I hope to have people who enjoy living with others and want to invest themselves in the house, we have a lot of freedom of what we do with the house and garden, and I'm looking forward to having projects and fun stuff happening here !
I'm looking for people who are able to clean after themsleves, take care of a house, sharing responsibility and handling life in a community. With good communication and a positive mindset it is actually so easy and fulfilling to live in a collective

About me : I'm a french queer geek girl who came to live and love in Oslo.
I am the main tenant so the contract is with me (1 year contract, possibility of 6 months contract with 3 months notice to move)
