I disse unike møblene brukes anilinleather. Det er mykt og smidig grunnet at ingen lakk er lagt på skinnet. Det er derfor merker som naturen selv legger igjen på skinnet blir synlige. Produced using fine Italian leathers by our supplier(s) working to procedures established in conjunction with our Quality Assurance Department.

It is pure, uncorrected aniline leather, which means that during the 5 weeks tanning process, the patina of the hide is enhanced by the use of natural oils. No pigments are used, so that the inherent grain and markings shine through. Each and every defect is clearly visible, and scarring, mottling, wrinkling and, shading are distinctive features.

Because it is a natural material, aniline leather breathes better and wears longer than inferior, more processed leathers.

Uncorrected aniline leather is the most expensive leather in the world. Why? Because only the very best hides are used. Each hide, and so each piece of furniture is 100% unique and, because it is a natural product, will vary slightly in colour.

This Furnishings has painstakingly developed the perfect sit. The seat cushions have a foam filling, with an overlay of fibre. The density of the foam means that the cushions will mould to your contours, and the fibre wrap gives the softness that is so welcoming. This perfect mix also holds its´ own shape, so that the cushions are almost `self plumping´

Matador leather overview:
Characteristics=Is it a thicker leather, 1.4/1.6mm, full grain and very natural.
Appearance=Natural pebble grain and appearance.
Feeling=Waxy, full and soft.
Ageing=Resistance is not very high is quiet easy to scratch as most of the leathers in this category.
How to clean=Vacuum or dry cloth, avoid direct exposure to sunlight, heat or air conditioning.

Vintage leather overview:
Characteristics=Full aniline, hard vintage and antique crack look.
Appearance=Old and crack wax vintage look.
Feeling=Hard
Ageing=Resistant to scratches, became softer as is used and increases the antique look.
How to clean=All leathers must be always cleaned with a dry cloth or slight damped in natural water if necessary. Avoid hard rubbing when cleaning. Vacuum the seat platforms to remove dust or crumbs. Our leather does not require feeding but can be enriched by using a quality leather
cream.
