Newly renovated flat with 3 bedrooms and fantastic view. Short term is ok and flexible start date too.

This is a safe option, for foreign employees, PhD students, researchers with families that are visiting Trondheim for a short or longer period of time. Landlord have references from NTNU and lives in neighborhood, and has also PhD from NTNU.
Norwegians are also very welcome, jeg snakker flyttnde norsk, i just made efforts to welcome visitors with this announcement.

It is an apartment with 3 bedrooms, small living room, bathroom separate from toilet, and fully equipped but tiny kitchen. There are furniture pieces in the apartment right now, but we can remove the items you don't want.

Right now rooms are mostly furnitured. Beds are 120 cm wide.
Washing machine, fridge, and the rest of electronics are following, but warranty have expired. So, if they break, you will need to replace yourself or stay without them.

Cold water and garbage costs are included in the rent.
Electricity is coming separately, with your own meter and subscription. Hot water heater operates on electricity.
Internet is not included, but you can use what is available in the rest of the house for free as long as you are happy with signal and speed (previous tenants did not complain)
I can help with moving, (i have a big car, but won't carry things) or pick you up on arrival and help you with other small questions about living in Trondheim.
And you will be added to Northen Lights allert list if you want :) You can see them from the garden here often.

OBS! apartment in approximate on 5th floor, if to count stairs in the garden. It is getting few days until you get used to it and start breathing normally again :) In wintd you will need to clean some snow (ill show you how much at the visning)

We use electronic contract to make you safe. And if needed i can also send you a scanned signed paper version.

Payment:
First month payment have to be sent on contract signing day.
The rent have always to be transferred 2 weeks before month starts.
Deposit solutions are flexible, we choose one of common methods that fits your situation.
