US Navy pilot plotting board MARK 7 for US Navy F9F Panther jet fighter pilot.

This US Navy plotting board was used by the pilot of a Grumman F9F attack fighter, the first jet fighter used by the U.S. Navy on carrier operations in combat.

Marked U.S. PROPERTY and in very nice condition. The F9F was flown in combat by future astronauts John Glenn and Neil Armstrong.

It opens to show the original F9F in-flight procedures flight guide including emergency procedures. It also has two unused pencils in their clips.

On the back is the original leg strap and clips.

The size is 24cm x 180cm x 2.5cm.....
