Digital Solutions Specialist – Bergen or Stavanger

The Role
As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you will:
- Understand the O&G, maritime, renewable and other industrial markets with an acute sense of how our digital solutions are positioned within the market
- Build and develop existing and new client relationships to drive revenue growth in Norway.
- Identify new business opportunities across industries and different levels of seniority.
· Achieve pre-determined sales targets on a monthly-, quarterly- and yearly basis
- Negotiate and close deals and proactively manage customer objections
- Work with all other departments of the business as relevant to ensure excellent service delivery to clients
Your Profile
- 5–7 years of B2B sales and account management experience, with a proven track record of sales outreach.
- Experience of working with digital solution selling such as within compliance, e-learning, or competence management.
- Highly self-motivated, structured, analytical, proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication- and negotiations skills as well as effective closing techniques.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
