Cuzco is a 12 years old French Saddle Pony looking for a rider once (or more) a week as his owner is p’ maternity leave until March 2025.

He is staying at Søndre Ringerike Gård, near Oslo. It is a private stables, located 15 minutes from the center of Oslo. We are also the closest neighbors to Wyllerløypa and Tryvann Ski Center. You can access indoor arena, outdoor arena and there are nice routes to go on tour around the stables.

We only want inquiries from people over 18 years of age, parents must contact us, not the children.

Cuzco is 140 cm, we are looking for a rider who is not too big, he is a very polyvalent pony, and has been focusing on low level dressage for the last year. He also enjoys going on tour alone or in a group. He did jumping competitions in Classes LA and LB ponni.

Cuzco can be a bit naughty, consequently he needs a rider who is a clear leader and is not impressed when he fools around while grooming him or when you ride him. He has been a school horse in his early years. Therefore he is demanding towards its rider positioning.

Price is 400 kr for a day and all his equipment is available. Equipment must be cleaned after each sessions. Stables chores are expected in addition to riding (møkking, water refills in the paddock etc…)

It is possible to take some lessons with a trainer (not included in the fee) on those days.

Once a month, foreign trainers come to the stables to give personal training in dressage, it is possible to participate with Cuzco without paying the usual fee.

If the rider wants to develop his relationship with Cuzco, it can be possible to have him one day during the weekend for light work.
