Avid Artist Transport er en MIDI-kontroller som gir deg muligheten til å kontrollere DAWs og plug-ins med et bredt utvalg av funksjoner og kontroller. Den har en rekke fysiske kontroller som gjør det enkelt å justere volumet og andre parametere på lydopptakene dine. Med Avid Artist Transport kan du navigere og redigere lydopptakene dine på en intuitiv måte. Den kobles til datamaskinen via en nettverkskabel, som gir svært lav latency. Passer godt sammen med Avid Artist Mix og Control, og det medfølger to braketter som fester disse sammen.

Den er helt strøken, og har ligget nedpakket i original emballasje i røykfritt studio det meste av sitt liv.

Control With EUCON

With the Avid Artist Transport, you gain deep, integrated control over your favorite EUCON-enabled creative applications. EUCON carries high-resolution control information for faders, knobs, displays, and more between Artist Transport and whatever application is in focus on your computer. This enables you to quickly switch between multiple applications or workstations - at the touch of a button, with all controls and displays automatically matching the selected application.

Precision Control

The Artist Transport's weighted, optically encoded data wheel puts a host of functionality at your fingertips with the responsiveness and feel of a high end console data wheel. Navigate your timeline, edit clips and tweak parameters with precision. Soft keys allow you to assign various functions to the data wheel on the fly, as well as perform everything from basic jogging to zooming horizontally or vertically, trimming clip heads and tails, setting clip gain, crossfading clips and more.

Fast Navigation

The Artist Transport features a springloaded shuttle ring for effortless navigation through your timeline. The rubberised surface provides excellent tactile control, and like the data wheel, you can switch the shuttle ring functionality on the fly using the soft keys for quick custom control.

Control Playback With Ease

Seven ergonomic keys set around the data wheel allow you to play, rewind, fast forward, set markers and more. View the status of each key through the multi-coloured LEDs and easily program the functionality of each using the soft key editor. These controls automatically switch to match whatever application is in focus, and when used in conjunction with the Shift key, you get additional Soft Keys to program custom navigation and editing functions.
