Hi! We are subletting our secondary apartment due to tenant moving (we reused our previous listing post, so ignore the statistics or the number of likes)

This is a newly renovated apartment with high-standard designer furniture and facilities. The apartment has a large living room with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with the possibility for work-from-home solutions, and access to a lovely communal yard (perhaps the best in this area), which offers public grill facilities in summer and a glasshouse in winter -- perfect if you want to enjoy outdoor sitting or invite friends over. The location is unbeatable. You will live in the center of Oslo with everything at your doorstep. The apartment is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Vika, right next to National Theater T-bane. This is a transportation and commercial center, which means you can easily go everywhere and have access to almost everything within walking distance. The neighborhood also has the Royal Palace, the Oslo City Hall, the National Theater, the National Museum, and the National Library... all within walking distance. Lots of restaurants, including VIA Village, and Aker Brygge are just a few minutes' walk away. On a sunny day, you can simply bring your swimsuit, walk out of home, and swim in the sea. For daily facilities, supermarket Joker is right at the corner of the building. Rema, Kiwi, Coop, and other supermarkets are all within walking distance. The post office is just one street away. The Ruseløkka skole in front of the building was completely rebuilt and finished about two years ago, and is now probably the most beautiful elementary school in Oslo.

Despite having the perfect location to enjoy everything, the neighborhood itself is quiet and pleasant. The apartment faces the back of a new school in front, and another side faces the garden yard, ensuring privacy and quietness. The nearest two roads have been made car-free by the Oslo municipality, so they are also nice, clean, and quiet.

The rent includes all expenses except for electricity, to encourage energy-saving behaviors.

The apartment is rented out with facilities and furniture as is. It is fully furnished and has kitchen facilities like a toaster, microwave, electronic mixer, etc.

We are looking for tidy, responsible person(s). No smoking or pets allowed. Tenants must respect community rules and not party after 10 pm. We only accept long-term rentals and no Airbnb runners. The apartment ideally suits a single business person or a couple.
