Room with bathroom in beautiful house in Vålerenga

We're collective looking for new tenant for our apartment. Preferably one person but a couple is also an option (in case of 2 people it's +1k NOK). We're ~25y, living in Oslo for around two years, we speak English and litt norsk but still learning :)

The room is located on the 1st floor of the apartment in old, wooden house on Vålerenga. It's around 20m2, very spacious and nice. There's big wardrobe built in so if you're worrying about storing all of your clothes - we got you covered. Most of the other furniture will be taken out but it's up to negotation. Bathroom is around 6m2, it has floor heating. There's 6 room in total - 4 occupied (including the one in the ad), one storage room and spacious living room with kitchen.
