Cosy Shared Home: Kind, Respectful, Social, Healthy

We are and would like you to be:

- Clean after yourself in common areas
- Confortable to be yourself regardless of Introvert/Extrovert or a mix.
- Minimizing waste and sorting garbage
- Keen for cooking together and sharing meals once in a while
- Considerate with noise and sleeping hours

We have room for up to 6-7 mixed gender/nationalities beings living in a fairly large house with 3 floors + basement&garage. We are located in Trones (North-Sandnes / south-Stavanger)

It is a tommansbolig so there could be option to split into two units if we prefer (2 bedrooms downstairs, and 4 bedrooms upstairs)

The house has 6 bedrooms (all quite spacious). There are also 2 full bathrooms +1 toilet, 2 storage rooms, terrace, space to park 4-5 cars in front of the house.

Also possible to rent the first floor as a 1-2 bedrooms apartment (independent kitchen, living room, bathroom)

Lovely view and nice area. :)

Bus lines at 2min walk. Direct to:
- Sandnes Sentrum (4min)
- Forus (10min)
- The airport (25min)
- UIS University campus (20-25min)

The rent would be around 4500-5500 NOK, including internet and electricity. (placed some references in the pictures)
Also possible for couples to share room (then we will not have all the other rooms full and we will use them for friends/guests/couchsurfers when we feel like hosting/sharing) :)
Currently we have no pets, but we could be open for them too.

The house is furnished (furniture can be changed depending on what we/you would prefer).

The moving date can be flexible since the house environment is far more important than having the rooms filled. (bonus points for environmentalists, or other shared interests),

We can gather friends in the house while respecting each other's space and preferences. Making it feel a real "home" is key :) Also possible with guest bedroom for planned visits :)

Lots of space in the basement for storage or bicycles. (you can borrow some of mine too)

++ If you like animals, there is also options to live with 2 lovely cats and 3 chickens in a nearby community. Nice food-games gatherings happening from time to time in both homes (300meters away from each other, you can check both for deciding on which one you feel better)
