Occupational hygienist/HSE advisor applied for the Technology Centre at Mongstad
Form of employment: 100% permanent (50% Occupational hygienist – 50% HSE advisor).
Work assignments
• Carry out occupational hygiene surveys and measurements.
• Lead and carry out professionally relevant risk analysis and surveys with interdisciplinary working groups.
• Develop relevant procedures and processes.
• Follow up HSE actions and measures.
• Carry out inspections and assessments in the field.
• Prepare reports and lessons learned experience reports.
• Be a contributor to the preventive HSE work.
• Be an active and positive influencer for the HSE culture in TCM.
• Lead and actively participate in relevant/topical meetings.
• Professional support to the various departments in TCM regarding relevant questions.
• Participate as a professional in meetings and make professional contributions in various forums.
• Prepare reports, publications, HSE recommendations and practices in connection with campaign implementations.

Qualifications
• You should be a certified occupational hygienist, chemical engineer or HSE engineer, and have experience from BHT and/or HSE work, long and relevant experience can also be considered sufficient.
• Versatile experience from the earlier mentioned work assignments will be a significant advantage.
• It must be natural to work efficiently, structured and solution focused.
• The candidate must have good skills in using standard data tools, and preferably good knowledge of Equinor's internal systems relevant to the position.
• You must have good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian and English.
• Previous relevant professional experience directly for TCM will be a major advantage.

TCM is located at Mongstad in Nordhordland, and the center is part of one of the most complex industrial facilities in Norway.
TCM promotes carbon capture as a tool for a cleaner and greener future by bridging technology developers, science and industrial application of CO2 capture technologies. Our main task is to test, verify and demonstrate different technologies related to cost-effective and full-scale industrial CO2 capture. We also offer consultancy services for carbon capture projects. The aim is to facilitate the spread of carbon capture technology in various branches and industries. In this way, TCM is an important part of Norway's contribution in the fight against climate change.
TCM participates in a broad international collaboration with relevant players on the development and commercialization of new technology, which is important for carbon capture and storage to have an effect against climate change.
