Elysium Power Cable mk2

Screened high-end power cable terminated with rhodium plated heavy duty power connectors.

The cable consists of 3 conductors with 2,5mm2 cross section of pure OCC copper. These have been through a Cryo-treatment with deep freeze to between -196 and -250 degrees followed by demagnetizing. According to manufacturer this will enhance the electrical conductivity, power and signal transfer.

OCC copper is known for its warm and full-bodied sound with a good foundation. Rhodium has a very transparent and high-resolution sound with focus on micro-details and transients. The combination of the cable and connectors as a whole makes a very good allround-cable with a high resolution sound-image without loosing tonality, musicality, scale or soundstage.

As a bonus does the good screening prevent the cable from affecting nearby analogue interconnects.

The mk2 version differs from the mk1 on this area:

Termination: Mk2 uses gold plated ferrules with higher copper purity and the conductors are treated with Furutech Nano Liquid before the ferrules are crimped on.

Choose between standard C15 or C7 (Fig 8) IEC-connector.
