Welcome to Persaunvegen 54, part of Camp Trondheim. This two-story building offers a peaceful environment, ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. With a practical layout, the building has 12 rooms per floor. The rooms receive plenty of natural light, creating a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Each floor has two toilet rooms, two kitchens, two spacious bathrooms, and a common living room with cable TV for residents to use.

We offer rooms in three different sizes:
• The smallest room is 8 sqm
• Medium-sized rooms are 12 sqm
• The largest room is 25 sqm with its own mini kitchen

This is the ideal place for those who want a social environment while also enjoying privacy.

Rental prices:
• Room 7-8 m²: 5,100 NOK
• Room 12-13 m²: 5,450 NOK
• Room 25 m²: 7,900 NOK

Rental period:
We offer short-term contracts, specifically semester contracts, ideal for exchange students. The rental period can be adjusted to fit the duration of your study exchange.

Student proof:
Applicants must be students or admitted to higher education to be accepted. As a tenant, you must be able to present valid student ID upon request from the landlord.
