Pendant and ring by Alfred Dörner, pres. 1940-50s

Beautiful set by Alfred Dörner (1906-1971) consisting of a ring and a pendant made of 935 silver, each inlaid with green agate, stamped and marked with the manufacturer's name. Ring size: 54, pendant dimensons ca. 5.8 cm (length) and 3.4cm width. Both items in vintage condition with age-appropriate signs of wear. Asking price for the pair is NOK 3 500 or best offer.

Alfred Dörner (1906-1971)

After an apprenticeship as a goldsmith, he studied at the School of Arts and Crafts in Pforzheim and the School of Goldsmiths in Zurich. He then worked as a goldsmith in Switzerland for six years. From 1934 he ran his own studio in his hometown of Hagen.
