OF COURSE IT IS FUN to invite to dinner, but often the person preparing the food has to spend much of the evening in the kitchen. It doesn't have to be this way. Friends, wine & food has suggestions for ten wonderful party dinners that are so easy to make that you can easily prepare for a party on a Friday evening after work. And for a feast: artichoke salad with salami, cheese gratin salmon on a bed of spinach and figs. with chocolate and pistachios... This is just one of the menu suggestions.

Each dinner has its own theme that changes with the seasons. This way you get proposals that cover the whole year; for example, Mediterranean food, barbecue evening, autumn dinner, Asian flavors or a spring dinner on the veranda to name a few. And why not let your guests help prepare the food?

For the dishes, you get wine tips that help you put an extra edge on the taste experiences. The wine choices are carefully justified so that you gain increased knowledge about wine both in terms of grape varieties, the wines' characteristics and the regions they come from. But mostly you are encouraged to trust your own taste buds to the delight of both yourself and your guests.
