The Plyometric box have 4 different sized, each box has a different jump height, allow the user to progress their training over time and vary training tailored for specific needs. Help to improve the body power, speed, fitness and strength.

Feature:

The height range from 15cm (Green), 30cm (Blue), 45cm (Red) and 60cm (Black).

Each box can be stacked on top of each to create even more customization and variability to training demand.

Each jump box has a strong velcro strap that can secures the boxes together to ensure the user is safe and do not separate during the training. (boxes can be easily to attached one another).

Wide base for additional stability- larger surface area to reduce movement upon landing.
