Nike Yuha Plus

Out of the box this shoe was the best fit for my wide hoof – especially in a non-freestyle shoe. It offers a bit of extra cush around the rim and heel cup, protective toe nub and laces under Velcro to let the pull really pull, if that’s what you’re into. They claim it looks real good; I thought it looked nice, but not exceptionally groovy. Maybe they could fit a few more swooshes on it.

Who The Shoe Fits: Your all-American rider (even though the shoes are made in Italy) looking for a good all-around foot package. The silver and black color scheme reminds me of Michael Knight (The Knight Ridah). He would look perfect in these and his Members Only jacket.

Features: The leather (synthetic) upper contains "strategic 210-D nylon mesh inserts" and two Velcro straps with finger-friendly molded rubber ends. The mesh vents nicely. The sole is deep and excretes mud easily.

Factors: Good ventilation, protection and fit. These sparky shoes prove that a good quality, lower-priced bike boot with all the features can provide all the performance that a top-of-the-line race shoe can. And Nike knows its marketing (big surprise).
