As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner NES Advantage are now looking for: Senior Package Responsible Buyer (Rosebank project) with experience in onshore or offshore projects.

Aker Solutions’ New Build segment delivers oil & gas and renewables offshore developments and fabrication products, mainly focused on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and selective international markets. The segment is responsible for large EPCI projects, both within oil and gas and renewables, including business development and project execution, typically large topsides including fixed or floating substructures, onshore facilities, FPSOs offshore wind HVDC topside and jackets, offshore aquaculture floaters and decommissioning and recycling.

What will you be doing?

• Perform all procurement activities efficiently according to Aker Solutions’ policy for Supply Chain
• Ensure successful execution of the Procurement Process for assigned scope
• Ensure commercial awareness within the organization in the role as a Senior Package Responsible Buyer (PRB), taking commercial responsibility for designated piping and instrument valve packages
• Reporting to the Procurement Lead, you'll collaborate closely with Package Responsible Engineers (PREs) to ensure the successful execution and completion of procurement packages
• You need to hold a valid workpermit for Norway

Qualifications we think you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Previous experience as a buyer/purchaser
• Previous experience in valve purchasing
• Well organized, structured work
• Software skills: MIPS and ProArc experience preferred
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Working location: Fornebu, Oslo
Contract duration: August 2025 with option for extension

Candidates must have a valid work permit in Norway to be considered for this role.
