To mark our 130-year anniversary, we launched an exclusive range of Signature cruises. These premium sailings showcase our favourite places of Norway’s coast with several hours spent in each port.

Despite our 130-year heritage we still have room to grow! We now need a Global CRM Strategic Journey Planner to optimize our customer engagement strategy by leveraging Salesforce and other marketing technology to design and implement seamless customer journeys. As a Strategic Journey Planner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective utilisation of Salesforce tools. Leverage customer data and channel mix to drive increased customer engagement across the entire customer journey, to deliver against revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Using Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP to own the CRM execution across email, push, SMS, DM and social using in depth understanding of each channel's technical capability and role within the customer journey.
- Deliver a dynamic, automated, personalised customer lifecycle experience that is customised to the different customer journeys.
- Demonstrate the power of personalisation to elevate CRM as a vehicle to grow customer engagement and business revenue.
- Support with overarching and individual campaign OKR development, including forecasting.
- Lead campaign reporting and insight performance evaluations and collaborate closely with data analysts to extract insights and learnings for future planning.
- Keep abreast of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and new features that can be incorporated into existing or new workflows.
- Continuously optimise performance through developing a testing plan to extract maximum ROI/LTV.
- Maintain curiosity around email and mobile marketing trends and the competitive landscape.
- Strategic project and programme management to upgrade CRM capabilities and platforms to deliver an omni-channel experience.
- Develop creative briefs and QA documentation to support quality of campaign output.
- Ensure journey plans, configurations are documented and kept up to date.
- As needed, create content, and build emails to support journey strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in Strategic Journey Planning, preferably B2C.
- Experience working client or agency, ideally in a global role.
- Proven experience managing complex CRM programmes.
- Strong experience using Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar technology) and CDP.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experienced in Ampscript, HTML, PowerBI and Google Analytics.
- Proficient in data querying (SQL).
- Customer focused; data driven and a strategic thinker.
- Stakeholder management.
- Strong attention to detail, whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data analysis into useful insights.
- Customer journey mapping.
