Customer Success Specialist
At nine o'clock on Monday, you might be emailing a bulk cargo fleet manager about emissions numbers that need to be approved. At eleven o'clock on Tuesday, you might be talking to sales about supporting a new tender. At one o'clock on Wednesday, you might be checking the reporting of a cruise vessel. At three o'clock on Thursday, you might be helping a new customer with their vessel portal. At four o'clock on Friday, you will be going home with the feeling of another satisfying week.
The role:
As a Customer Sucess specialist you will play an important role making sure that we live up to our mission: making life easier for shipping companies.
Your day - to day tasks will include:
- Dealing with customer issues with regards to performance
- Problem solving for customers which will involve analyzing an issue a customer has and deciphering the source and providing feedback to the customer.
- Systematically collection of usage and feedback to ensure customer success criteria and expectations are met and sharing internal concerned parties
- Making sure there is a good constant dialogue with customers
- Work closely with Customer Success Manager in other locations worldwide
- Helping onboard new NavFleet customers

- Experience with shipping / ship managers / vessel personnel
- Experience solving complex customer issues

- Proactive, hands-on, agile and independent in your work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
