Are you our new Digital Communications Manager?
As our new Digital Communications Manager, you will have an overall responsibility for user interface and user experience on Jotun’s digital surfaces, and be in the forefront on relevant trends within digital communication, and assure Jotun has access to the most up-to-date solutions. You will also work closely with our in-house designer on Corporate Identity alignment.
You will be surrounded by a professional team, and our workplace is in the brand new international HQ in Sandefjord. This means you will:
- Manage and coordinate the corporate content and functionality for jotun.com in order to ensure a professional image and clear communication supporting Jotun values, policies, strategy, business objectives and Corporate Identity
- You will have responsibility for Jotun Group’s social media channels, currently Facebook and LinkedIn
- Coordinate and support corporate functions with creating and updating content on jotun.com
- Coordinate cross-company digital projects, analytics and development initiatives
- Initiate actions on a global level to promote new and improved capabilities to strengthen Jotun’s reputation on digital surfaces, support the digital transformation and help drive the business forward
You can expect to have tasks like these:
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of jotun.com and initiate improvements such as SEO, navigation and UX
- Coordinate jotun.com and relevant digital surfaces with the segments to secure a shared “look and feel” and functionality according to our strategies and policies
- Coordinate related supporting tools such as video services, analytics and monitoring services in order to optimize communication and work in digital channels
- Coordinate and communicate closely with Group Communications, IT Solution owner and segment/regional site managers to secure a common understanding, development and optimal use of jotun.com and other digital surfaces such as mobile applications
- Manage and develop Jotun Group’s SoMe channels according to objectives defined in Jotun’s communication strategy and plans
- Coordinate relevant training in the network
- Be a member of Change Advisory Board (CAB) for jotun.com
- Provide corporate guidance together with in-house designer for relevant digital projects
- Collaborate with in-house designer in developing Jotun’s brand portal (Frontify) regarding guidelines and content

Qualifications:
We believe there are several different backgrounds that could fill this role.
To be successful and enjoy the role, we believe you have at least a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree, and work experience within digital marketing or digital communications.
You also like working in cross-functional teams with different perspectives, creating results in collaboration with others.
Specific experience from working in CMS, digital media knowledge and experience, including SoMe, and digital design/UX is beneficial.
English is our work language, and although a command of the Norwegian language is beneficial, it is not a requirement.
