Short rental/​ kort Leie. One month rental

We are willing to rent out our home for the time we will be on vacation. 27/9 to 31/10
This is an attached , beautiful house, three floors, main bedroom in the attic, large dining room and great views. Surrounded by garden.
All furniture and appliances included. Not suitable for double-renting or any kind of business. We will only rent it out to those who need a home for a month (or a few weeks).
If the home is for just a couple (or one person) without a child, I am willing to renegotiate the price so I will use my daughters bedroom for storage.
Possibility to park a car if needed.
