Do you want to join our team? We are seeking a Group Process Manager!
Curious to understand critical process steps in wet paint production? Are you an engineer or chemist with experience from processing industry, product development or quality management? In this role in Group Process department, you will work mainly with pilot production, create and maintain optimized production processes/formulation which leads to the correct quality and quantity of products including Right First Time and stable throughput time.
Responsibilities
- Test and validate raw materials, recipes and products in pilot scale.
- Explore and optimize formulations to prepare for production with the right equipment parameters and good HSE.
- Update and change formulations as required by Group R&D.
- Understand the Innovation process and provide the deliverables from pilot lab to scale up.
- Comply with common industrial standards such as Lean tools, Management of Change and 5S.
- Systematically follow-up process and quality deviations in operations.
- Be co-trainer in the departments Academies and provide training to various personnel.
- Ensure ownership of existing and new equipment and cooperate with relevant suppliers.
- Ensure correct use of test methods and instrument calibration.
- Initiate relevant technology activities/projects.

Qualifications
- Higher education within chemistry. Minimum a bachelor's degree.
- Research, process development and/or industrial engineer/chemist experience.
- International experience is a plus.
