About you
If you have no experience with sled dogs, but you are happy among them in general and you are a fast learner who can take frequent early failure as a step towards learning, we are happy to provide a crash course in becoming a great dog sled guide.
If you have worked in a kennel before and are comfortable driving a sled dog team and have some experience with guiding that’s an advantage.
You are good at service and are motivated by the fact that guests have a good experience. You like working with people and you're outgoing and sociable. You have control over "everything", work structured and are good at having a lot of balls in the air. You have a problem-solving attitude and always keep your cool under pressure. You are happy, willing and able to take charge and initiative when the unexpected happens and handle every challenge in a swift and expeditious manner with a reassuring smile on your face.
