We are looking for another member to join our Corporate Team: a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees.
In DOF we are currently working to improve our Financial planning & analysis processes, supported by our implementation of Anaplan. We are looking for a resource to take on global responsibility for this initiative, as well as support other business process improvements. As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial planning and analysis processes across our global entities. You will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, implementing best practices, and ensuring the integration and optimization of our FP&A system and processes. You will also be an integrated part of our Business process team, working proactively to identify and implement improvements across all our business processes.
Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and implement processes and improvements across the company to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- System Implementation: Lead the deployment and enhancement of systems, ensuring they meet the needs of global and regional stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities in the organisation, ensuring consistent use of best practices and systems.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating new approaches to continuously improve processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar
- Strong knowledge and relevant experience from Financial planning and analysis, including use of FP&A software such as Anaplan
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong drive and ability to learn and adapt
- Specific experience with Anaplan will be considered as a strong advantage
