Are you our new Operations Coordinator?
VARD Electro AS is looking for our new Operations Coordinator for our El. Installation department. The Operation Coordinator will be responsible for competence within the El. Inst department and following up HR related tasks for the department such as sick leave, vacation, overtime, onboarding/offboarding and recruitment.

Duties and responsibilities
- Recruitment for El. Installation department with support from HR
- Onboarding/Offboarding/Crossboarding
- Follow up sick leave, vacation and overtime
- Responsible for competence development and training within the department
- Internal controls and improve internal routines and processes
- Coordination of yearly Appraisals
- Personnel responsibility for Apprentices and TAF Students
Qualifications
- Relevant higher education within HR, economics, administration or similar
- Relevant experience
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and experience related to the accountability and tasks
- Good knowledge of English, oral and written
- Good cultural understanding
