An exciting opportunity has arisen as Customer Services Coordinator, reporting to Customer Services Manager. In this role you will provide frontline services for Global Customer Support. The global team works based on follow the sun concept based on an 8-hour rotation between APAC, EMEA and AMERICAS regions to provide around the clock support for our customers. You will be responsible for daily operations in KM-Support in EMEA shift (08:00-16:00 CET), providing assistance to external and internal customers and being our customers voice to the GCS organization.
