The deviation of 35mm is due to a horizontal compression when printing the wing centre section of the subplan. Easily corrected by extending the section/rib placement.

Please note, This plan is intended for people with some years of scale building experience.

Many small details are left for the builder to interpret using their own personal preference.

The plans show the ribs for a built-up centre section housing the UC.

The two outer panel where originally cut from foam with the rib/tip templates shown.

The plan also indicate the rib positions for a built up version but not the rib profiles. These will need making using the sandwich method.

The original was made as a 3 piece wing, The builder will have to choose their own personal preference for wing mounting. I would choose the light weight carbon fibre tubes and sockets used in IMAC planes but aluminium tubes and bar stock would would equally well. It's down to you personal preference. Personally I would save weight where possible and use real alloy for certain scale parts, flying surfaces, hinges, pants, cowl etc.

A 50cc (Moki of similar) 4 Stroke) would be excellent.

A superb flying model for completion scale and Miles construction methods are simple enough to reproduce in exact 1/4 scale.
