We are looking for an enthusiastic Collection Officer for our Finnish team, who can not only deliver excellent customer service but also guide and support customers facing financial challenges. If this sounds exciting to you, we encourage you to apply!
About the role:
As a Collection Officer, you will play a crucial role in negotiating and implementing solutions for customers facing financial challenges. You will be part of a dedicated team and work closely with the collection process to ensure appropriate actions in accordance with current laws and regulations. The role offers opportunities for personal and professional development, and you will be involved in helping customers through various financial situations.
Main tasks:
- Respond to inquiries from customers experiencing temporary and permanent payment difficulties, and implement suitable measures to resolve them
- Evaluating our Finnish customers' financial situations and offering suitable solutions.
- Assisting the collection agency with information and handling disputes.
- Regularly updating the collection agency for effective recovery.
We are looking for someone who:
- Fluency in English and Finnish is required. It is an advantage if you are also proficient in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, German, or Spanish.
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Has an interest in or knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Is service-minded with great attention to detail and the ability to handle complex situations.
- Education in law or economics is an advantage.
