2008 Gibson Thunderbird Nikki Sixx edition

Jeg kjøpte denne bassen ny rundt 2010 (pluss minus et par år) og har brukt den mye. Den spiller fortsatt helt fantastisk; med lav action og smal hals føles den raskere enn noen annen bass jeg har eid. Konstruksjonen er noe av det som skiller denne thunderbirden fra vanlige thunderbirds. Neck through konstruksjon i 7 lag med valnøtt og mahogni, vingene er av "flame maple", og fretboardet er av ibenholt. Det er en utrolig vakker bass.

Det er synlig slitasje og plekterbrettet er ikke originalt. Jeg har byttet bridge, men pickupene er originale. Original koffert følger også med.
