About the Position:

Metric is one of the fastest growing companies in the Marketer Technologies group of companies, and we’re now looking for the right candidate to take it to the next level. At Metric, we are revolutionising e-commerce marketing, by allowing Shopify stores to generate converting performance marketing campaigns for their products, at the click of a button, using the newest AI technologies available; in addition to our in house machine learning algorithms.
We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Head of Growth / Growth Manager / Hacker / Genius who is passionate about tech and growth. You will have full ownership and responsibility for driving leads and growth through content creation, planning and executing marketing strategies, email marketing, website management, ads and more. We expect you to own the entire growth process and all its moving parts. You are joining the team at an early stage, reporting directly to the CEO and COO.
Wild ideas, techniques and methods are welcome; our goal is to grow faster than any of our competitors, and for that to happen - we need the right people, with the right approaches. We are not your standard big corporate company; we are willing to take chances and experiment!
We are looking for someone who has:
• Proven track record and experience in growth for tech/SaaS solutions.
• Ideally experienced within the startup scene
• Passionate about marketing and technology.
• Organized, reliable, and self-driven.
• Fluent in both English and Norwegian.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth in the North American and European markets
• Create, plan, and execute content across various channels.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, website content, and advertising efforts.
• Manage and optimize AppStore listings in the Apple AppStore and Shopify AppStore
• Generate leads and optimize the customer acquisition process.
• Collaborate with the product and tech teams to enhance our services.
• Communicate and report marketing performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer needs and market trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience within growth for SaaS/tech companies.
• Ideally experienced within the startup scene
• Tools such as Business Manager and Google Ads are second nature to you
• You obsess about growth and results; you are hungry for more!
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English is a must, and fluency in Norwegian is a plus
