We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Finance and Planning Manager at Heygaz Norway.

In this role, you will lead our financial strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and drive financial performance through insightful analysis and strategic planning.

You will also be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, operations, and business development, to align financial goals with project timelines and deliverables. Your expertise will be essential in providing financial insights, enabling informed decision-making and contributing to the overall success of Heygaz's initiatives in Norway.

Main tasks:

Finance and Planning Manager

• Develop and execute financial plans for biogas projects.
• Analyze costs, revenue, and profitability to optimize performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Create and monitor project budgets, forecasting financial needs.

Project Administration

• Coordinate project activities, ensure compliance, and manage documentation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with project teams, provide financial guidance, and facilitate communication.

Risk Management and Reporting

• Identify and mitigate financial risks, monitor performance, and prepare reports.

Business Development

• Drive business growth, analyze market trends, and support strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in financial planning, project management, and administration.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A strong understanding of the biogas industry and sustainability practices is desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, in both Norwegian and English.
• Team player, with the ability to be part of multi-disciplinary and international working groups.
• Problem-solving mindset with emphasis on results and with the ability to analyze complex financial issues and implement effective solutions.
