About the role
As a receptionist at Autodesk you'll be the company's face outward. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors with the company. You'll receive and direct people, calls issues, and deliveries to the appropriate department or employee.
The role is central as you provide clerical support to employees, customers and partners, as well as handling everyday duties around the office. Furthermore you'll partake in coordinating and facilitating events at the office.

Work tasks
- Be first point of contact to customers physically, but also via email and calls
- Support customers in technical and general inquiries
- Support employees in general inquiries, call/mail redirection and on-site specific issues
- Clerical work such as filing, emailing mass communications, scheduling, or general procurement
We are looking for
- A diploma from higher education or above in fields such as administration, sales or similar
- Experience with customer-service
- English on an advanced level
- Norwegian on level B1
