Key responsibilities:

• Analyze user requirements and develop innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions for our services
• Design and develop AI-powered applications to enhance our services
• Improve our scalability and efficiency using modern technology in our services
• Write, test, and refine code for optimal compatibility and stability

When joining Tietoevry Banking as an AI/ ML Software Developer:

• You will join our Product and Development team, where you will collaborate closely with product managers, business analyst, product developers, SW architect, data engineer and managers
• Utilize data analysis and modelling techniques to predict customer behaviour and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for accurate customer query understanding and response
• Integrate AI systems seamlessly into existing customer support infrastructure
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI applications for improved efficiency and accuracy
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture
• Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
• Ability to write robust code in Python, Java and R
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (such as Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
• Experience in REST API development
