Hands-on EL/MEK Technician & Service/Project Engineer

EL/MEK Technician

We are seeking someone to join our EL/MEK team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both electronics and mechanical assembly, with the ability to work effectively in both workshop and offshore settings. The role involves assembling electronic enclosures and mechanical parts, performing system calibrations, and conducting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).

Key Responsibilities:

-           Assemble electronic enclosures and mechanical components according to technical specifications.

-           Perform calibration of systems to ensure optimal functionality.

-           Conduct FAT and SAT processes both on- and offshore environments.

-           Travel offshore for equipment installation, testing, and maintenance.

-           Provide service and repair support for customer equipment, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

-           Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

We seek candidates with:

-           Proven experience in electronics and mechanical assembly.

-           A solution-oriented approach.

-           Good communication skills.

-           Proficiency in PC software (Microsoft 365).

-           Experience with offshore work, including relevant offshore courses and health certificates (preferred).

-           Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

-           Electrician, technician, or engineer qualifications are highly desirable.

-           Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

Service/Project Engineer
