We are seeking a qualified Finance and Accounting Consultant with a strong understanding of systems and models!

 

Job Description

• Prepare and deliver various internal reports.

• Conduct forecasting and month-end closing processes.

• Allocate costs and provide support with analysis and performance insights.

• Present data on cost, time/hours, and volume, including the use of dashboards.

• Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance processes.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics.

• 2-5 years of experience in finance and control work.

• Strong understanding of systems and models.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other digital tools.

• Excellent analytical skills, structured, and detail-oriented.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

• Ability to focus on timely delivery with high quality.

• Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

• Fluency in both English and Norwegian.
