Are you our next Quality and Risk lead?

We are on the lookout for a Quality & Risk Lead who will play a crucial role in Early Phase Projects, providing support for various company verification activities and ensuring that Quality and Risk Management (QRM) practices are implemented effectively.
 

Job Description

• Ensure that Quality and Risk Management is executed in a value-creating manner, adhering to approved guidelines and procedures.

• Drive awareness and adherence to Quality & Risk Management processes.

• Oversee QRM-related tasks and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain project quality plans, audit plans, and verification plans.

• Conduct and/or monitor internal and external audits and verifications.

• Facilitate risk management and lessons learned workshops.

• Coordinate the reporting of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and quality deviations.

• Promote and implement improvement initiatives within project development.

• Provide guidance, training, and facilitation on QRM-related matters.

• Set up Project Information Management Systems (PIMS) and collaborate with other QRM professionals.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

• Excellent language skills in both Norwegian and English

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Quality & Risk Management
