International Sales Manager

We are now seeking a dynamic and motivated International Sales Manager to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will take full responsibility for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities:
International sales within the Shipping, Navy / Coast guard and Offshore markets (including offshore wind).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the maritime, defense and offshore markets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive engagement with shipyards, shipowners and other stakeholders.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and sustainable, long-term partnerships.
- Follow-up on tailored project proposals, quotations and technical solutions for customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate and support regional sales agents to maximize market coverage and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, customer feedback and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Relevant education within Sales / Marketing or Technical / Maritime field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in international project sales.
- Knowledge of the maritime, defense or offshore industries is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with culturally diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven, with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively internationally on a regular basis
