Main responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain ROV technical policies, procedures and processes
• Collaborate with and contribute to the development and expansion of the ROV technical team in alignment with business strategies.
• Report and advise executive management in all matters related to ROV technical issues
• Budget and financial responsibility.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development within ROV technology
• Perform research to keep updated on latest ROV technology developments and innovation
• Manage and support ROV personnel
• Ensure ROV deliveries are in compliance with relevant legislation and standards

Skills: Proven experience with leadership, time management, able to have multiple activities and scenarios running simultaneously.

Qualifications: : BSC or higher graduation within Mechanical, Subsea, Marine/Naval Engineering, or an equivalent combination of extensive relevant experience and/or education/training.

Experience and knowledge: Specific knowledge of Marine and ROV Technical standards and legislation, demonstrated knowledge of offshore operations, ROV technology and subsea tooling..

• Work onshore,but must be flexible to travel on short notice.
