In the role you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for generating interest, booking meetings, and qualifying opportunities with potential clients.
- Assist clients in meeting the requirements of The Norwegian Transparency Act, EU-Taxonomy, and CSRD.
- Maintain high levels of activity via phone and email to engage potential customers.
- Conduct and manage the sales process internationally, identifying and pursuing opportunities across various regions.
- Drive sales efforts in the Nordics, taking responsibility from start to finish.
- Take on personal budget responsibility, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead and manage Factlines' international sales efforts, ensuring cohesive strategies and successful execution.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to effectively reach out to potential customers.
- Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to build and maintain the customer portfolio.
Qualifications and Skills We Value:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English.
- Goal-oriented with a structured and organized approach to sales.
- Proactive in communication via phone, email, and other channels.
- Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities within a sales team.
- Ability to conduct and manage the sales process on an international scale, with experience in handling diverse markets and cultural contexts.
