Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality management systems such as TQM, ISO 9001, 45001, 14001.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, both for customers and onsite.
• Work on continuous improvement of work methodologies, with a focus on quality management through frameworks like SCRUM
• Develop and revise procedures, instructions, and other relevant technical documentation.
• Lead quality management audits
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure all projects meet the required quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience with quality management systems
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and committed to quality and safety.
