Jobbeskrivelse
The Access and Identity, Security, and Infrastructure role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure and security operations. This role ensures that our systems are secure, reliable, and scalable to meet the demands of our growing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network and systems administration, Windows Access, cybersecurity and Identity Management, along with team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, development, and management of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centres, while also managing and securing user access and identities across Windows environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies.
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the protection of company data and IT assets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards through regular risk assessments and audits.
Day to day:
As a senior member of the IT team, you will guide and mentor IT professionals, ensuring their high performance and professional growth. You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems to guarantee high availability and performance. Also, you will develop and manage incident response plans, leading the resolution of security breaches and system outages. Additionally, you will take a leading part in the collaboration with external vendors and service providers to manage contracts, SLAs, and deliverables in relevant areas.
Kvalifikasjoner
- Extensive industry experience, equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security management
- Strong knowledge of network and systems administration, cybersecurity principles, and best practices
- Expert skills in Windows Access and Identity Management, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies in a complex and controlled environment
