Job Description:

You will be part of the Nordic Growth core team, which has an overarching role to ensure transparency, alignment and strategic steer of the Industry Programmes and Growth Functions.
Your role will be to support the team and our key stakeholders across Deloitte’s Nordic organization in execution of various tasks, projects and processes related to our annual cycle, with a wide range of day-to-day activities, including (but not limited to):
Support the daily operations of the Nordic Growth organization, drive strategic, transparent and forward-looking planning, preparation and follow-up
- Taking responsibility of our executive meeting preparation, meeting material and follow-up
- Supporting the Growth team with preparing communication to the organization
- Collaborate with Growth stakeholders to understand their specific data and insight needs, ensuring that we provide relevant and timely Market Intelligence
- Help to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, implementing best practice initiatives and processes
The role is a strong platform to understanding Deloitte, the executive agenda and processes, and for building relations within the largest professional services firm globally – in the Nordics comprising more than 6,500 people across five countries and five business units.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in English
- In the beginning of your career with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience from an international/matrix within professional services is a plus
In addition, we would like a self-driven person that is able to operate complex and ambiguous environment.
