High quality vintage sport coat with leather button details

Outer fabric is:

100% virgin wool

Fully lined, no material details about the lining yet it rather certainly seems to be 100% viscose

The brand is Meddens especially made by Eduard Dressler

Pockets in front, two with pocket flaps and one breast pocket, and pockets inside, in total seven pockets

Closes with two buttons to the front

Button details on cuffs

Chequered woven wool fabric. The colours feature ecru / beige / hay yellow, tender orange, burgundy, forest green tinted to khaki, light grey, and deep blue. From afar looks almost alike unicolour.

Label size is 28 (this is the elder German menswear sizing table)

🇳🇱 Meddens was a Dutch high end department store emphasising fashion with locations in Arnhem, The Hague, Haarlem, Hilversum, Leidschendam and Rotterdam. In 1980, the company was awarded the Royal title. Meddens first opened in Rotterdam on 1st May 1830 by Bernard I. Meddens, and remained a family business for five generations until its permanent closure in 2011.

Preloved, currently a bit wrinkly as it shows in the photos but all in all simply in excellent preowned condition. Has been worn very little.
