Project Developer

We are seeking a dynamic Project Developer to join our commercial team, playing a vital role in driving the sales process of our maritime solutions. In this role, you'll be involved in the entire journey, from initial customer meetings to project handover. Your responsibilities will include engaging in negotiations, creating technical documentation and designs, selecting appropriate equipment, preparing competitive proposals, and ensuring a smooth transition from lead to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret technical specifications related to our maritime solutions
• Prepare technical and commercial documentation tailored to shipyard/owner requirements
• Represent our systems at industry events and conferences, boosting brand visibility
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers
• Work collaboratively across internal departments to ensure project alignment
• Conduct inspections on cruise ships to ensure quality and compliance
• Track project progress and integrate lessons learned into future initiatives
• Stay informed on the latest product and system developments within the maritime sector
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain our competitive edge
• Proactively promote our systems to shipyards and vessel owners

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering
• Experience in environmental and process engineering is a plus
• Initial experience or a strong interest in project development, sales, or the cruise industry
• A commitment to delivering projects on time, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
